New month, new purchases for the home

Its a new month, which means pay day and new home purchases! For me its more of a window shop as we are saving for our new kitchen and dining room renovation but that doesn’t sop me sharing some amazing finds (including a few sale purchases, win!) for August. We have been super lucky and the shine has been shining so I’ve found some really stylish additions for your outdoor space…

When the sun shines that means lots of BBQs and outdoor dining, what a fab addition to the outdoor dining space are these fab watermelon salt and pepper shakers from Oliver Bonas. They will add the perfect pop of colour and scream summer!

This cactus chair from Oliver Bonas would be a fabulous addition to any outdoor space! Its the perfect bright green and the cactus shape adds that little bit of kitsch to your garden! I also love the sweet addition of the little flower on the side. If green isn’t your thing the chair is also available in peach, and they are in the sale too at the moment! Screen Shot 2016-07-31 at 13.15.36

There is always a place for tropical prints in the garden to add a little bit more style to an outdoor space! Matthew Williamson is the king of tropical print, and his collaboration with Debenhams means those perfect tropical prints are attainable for us all. There are so many fabulous designs to choose from; but there is something about pink, orange and green that gets those tropical vibes going. Here’s my favouritethe colour, the print and that fab little pom pom edge.Screen Shot 2016-07-31 at 13.21.41

If tropical prints aren’t your thing, tropical leaves are everywhere! Unfortunately the H&M Home leaf print cushions are out of stock (again!) but I have found these fab cushion covers from Society 6 This is an american site but keep a look out for free international shipping as they often have this discount on.

Cane furniture is the new cool, if only my parents had kept their cane conservatory furniture from the 90’s! When the outdoor space is looking a bit prettier after the extension work is done I can’t wait to find some cane furniture for the new patio. I can’t decide whether to search some out on eBay, but there are so many to choose from and I’m just not that great at eBaying (budget, what budget?) So if your like me and can’t do the whole eBay thing this super stylish set from Sisters Guild is perfection. The yellow is such a fun colour for an outdoor space with an outdoor rug and the above cushions would look so fab!

Its not a fabulous outdoor space until there are some outdoor lights hung up and festoon lights are a stylists favourite. These fab festoons are from the wonderful online store Violet and Percy. Go check the store out, it has some super stylish finds!
